How to buy?

Well, just like in any other online store. You can select the product(s) of your choice, add them to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order.

What private data will you ask me to process my order?

I will ask you for your shipping information, that is, your name, surname, NIF, postal address, email and telephone number. You can choose other billing information if you want to send the order to a different address.

In any case, due to data protection law, the personal information you provide me is strictly confidential and I will not be able to use it under any circumstances, for any reason. At all times you retain the right to rectify your personal data or request its deletion from the online store database.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay:

  • With debit or credit card through the Paypal payment platform. You can also pay directly with your Paypal account balance.
  • By Bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, once your order is confirmed, you will receive the IBAN of my business account to complete your payment.
  • By Bizum at contact number 622487601

How long will it take me to prepare your order?

Normally, I usually prepare orders within 24/72 hours depending on the volume I have at the moment. In any case, you will be informed of the entire preparation process by email.

What are the shipping methods?

For national shipments (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), shipment is made with Correos in Priority Package. Delivery usually takes 3 business days.

For international shipments in Europe , the carrier Mondial Relay (InPost) is privileged, being the most economical method with an average delivery time of 5 business days. Mondial Relay involves going to collect your order at a collection point that you can choose once you have completed your order. Don't forget to provide me with a phone number. Remember: you have 7 business days to collect your package at the collection point. After this time, Mondial Relay will return the package to me and in this case, you will have to pay the shipping costs again to send it to you again.

For shipments to countries not eligible for Mondial Relay, I will send the order with the most economical transport company respecting a delivery time of less than 7 days. It is usually, in order of preference, Correos, UPS and SEUR. Shipping is always done with home delivery.

In any case, remember that I will always send your order with a tracking number so that it is possible to locate your package at all times. You will be informed of said tracking number as soon as your package is about to leave my workshop.

What if there is a problem when I receive my order?

  • Well, the first thing is to say that as a consumer, you have the right to retract your order for 14 days after processing your order, without having to justify anything. If I have not yet sent your package, I will proceed to refund the amount of your order within 24/48 hours using the same payment method you used. If I have already sent your order, the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility and as soon as I receive the package, checking that the items are in good condition, I will proceed with the refund within the same period of 24/48 hours.
  • In case you receive wrong or damaged items, you have 24 hours to contact me so we can find a solution.

In case of one or more wrong or damaged items , I will send you a return label so you can return them to me. Once the return is confirmed with the tracking number, I will send you the correct items or issue a refund depending on what you prefer. Remember, if an item arrives damaged, do not use it. Contact me without waiting!

  • If you want to change items , contact me. If I haven't shipped your package yet, no problem, I will ship the item you prefer. In case you want to change the item once you have received your package, the return costs will be your responsibility and the costs for the new shipment will also be your responsibility. The new shipment will always be made once the status of the returned item has been received and checked.

Remember! I am a craftsman and despite using all my know-how in the manufacture of my sensory bottles, the models may vary slightly depending on the materials I have at my disposal at the moment. Each realization is clearly unique. Furthermore, I am not infallible and there could be some damage despite all the care I take. In this case, I ask you to contact me without waiting so that we can solve the problem.

You should never give your child a damaged item. I advise you to always check the sealing of your bottle or sensory bag before each use. Additionally, the use of my creations with children under 36 months must always be supervised by an adult.
